CAE: For issues or support related to instructional software
EMS: for scheduling and utilizing COE classroom lecture capture technology and streaming, self-record systems including best practice guidelines for online delivery.
DoIT HelpDesk: Best for technical questions about campus supported tools such as Canvas, Kaltura, VPN, Blackboard Collaborate Ultra
VPTL Instructional Continuity Support: Best used for general questions if you haven’t heard from College of Engineering Resources
